Worcester State University is highly regarded among state institutions in Massachusetts for its quality academics, diversity, affordability and campus life. Its location about an hour from Boston makes WSU an attractive choice for students in central Mass, who receive an exceptional education close to home, as well as a rich and rewarding college experience in the state’s second largest city.
In 2024, we partnered with ID Group to create online video content, reimagine the school’s full suite of collateral materials, and brand its 150th anniversary celebration with a new logo and tagline.
Results
We produced three videos, each focusing on a different selling point — Major Plus (a program unique to WSU allowing students to graduate with two degrees in four years); value/affordability; and high-quality academics.
The campaign began running in March and by July 1 had generated over 2 million impressions and close to 900,000 views (a view rate of 37%), helping WSU reach its goal of increasing enrollment for the 2024/25 academic year by 5%.
